Employee motivation is one of the key strategies your should adopt as it can bring alot of benefits to your company. One of th biggest and effective motivation factor is EMPOWERMENT. They are ways to implement empowerment to employees but here I want to share some main benefits from an empowered employee listed below:-

* Increased in productivity
* Improved teamwork
* Increased in creativity and initiative
* Raised work ownership
* Reduced employee turnover

since there are some many key benefits to empowered employees, how to you then motivate your employees effectively? The following are seven motivation techniques that may help you to kick start your emoployee motivation program:

1. Motivated Employees to find and solicit Solutions
In most cases, employee on the job understand what is happened at their work place. As they work on their machine daily, they will realize something is wrong or begin to give trouble. It is ideal that employee brings up a potential problem before it gets out of hand that ends up major repair.

How to motivate employee to take such initiative to bring up the issues? firstly, you must set an example of accepting ideas from employees no matter how small it may be. You also encourage and lead them into finding the solution themselves so that they feel of ownership to the machine. Beware that you may send a signal “since it is your machine, why not you take care of it” .  This send an impression that you pass back the problem to the employee.

Important aspect of motivating the emoployee to do so is to recognize them for bringing up the problem and come up with solution as well.

At times, you may have to start by asking employee for their ideal how to solve a problem. Can you imaging how proud an employee can be when you as a boos asking for their opinions tells your employees that you value their input and motivates them to accomplish more.

This is an example how you can motivate your employee so that they are empowered to perform their duty for the highest standard.
